Natural History Museum
The Natural History Museum in Berlin is one of the city's oldest and features scientific collections on systematic zoology, paleontology, and mineralogy. It is a great destination for families to explore the world of dinosaurs, where you can see the world's largest mounted dinosaur skeleton on display in the central hall of the museum. The sauropod skeleton stands at 13.27 meters and would have weighed 55 tons when it was alive.
But there is much more to see in the museum's galleries including 4,500 mineral specimens in the Hall of Minerals, a taxidermy of a dodo, and an exhibition clearly illustrating the theory of evolution.
