Markthalle Neun
Markthalle Neun is a beautiful reminder that Berlin is a city of opportunities. The 19th-century market hall, an architectural masterpiece of iron beams and latticework, was in a state of disrepair several years ago, but it has now been revitalized and is thriving. The venue hosts delicious culinary events throughout the year, such as wine fairs, cheese festivals, and sausage and beer events.
On certain days of the week, there are stalls selling fresh produce and specialty foods, and the rest of the week, you can visit one-of-a-kind establishments such as an Italian bakery, a craft beer microbrewery, an artisanal pasta maker, and a traditional butcher shop.
